Strong Teens (years 10, 11 and 12)
STRONG Teens is an empowering, supportive, interactive and uplifting program designed to help young women feel resilient and empowered.
STRONG Teens is a term-based program running two blocks of 4 sessions where there is an overall theme for each block. Book into one, book into both!
Each weekly 1.5 hourly session offers specific topics within that theme designed to encourage and inspire our young people. Each class containing all three Standing Strong components.
STRONG Teens is a proactive and preventative wellness program that supports and empowers young women through any challenges they may be facing.
Each weekly session has a focus on connection, belonging, kindness, support and relationship building. New themes, topics and activities are explored each term.
